Dignity Care recognises the NHS commitment to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2040 for directly controlled emissions and by 2045 for supply chain emissions.

We confirm that Dignity Care complies with all applicable UK environmental legislation and regulations relevant to our activities.

As a small UK-based organisation, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact in a proportionate and practical way. Our current and planned actions include:

  • Minimising packaging where clinically appropriate.
  • Using recyclable and responsibly sourced materials wherever possible.
  • Working with UK-based suppliers to reduce transport emissions.
  • Reviewing waste reduction opportunities within our packaging and logistics.
  • Building sustainability considerations into future product and service development.

We understand the NHS Evergreen Sustainable Supplier Assessment and confirm our intention to align with NHS sustainability expectations as our organisation grows. We will continue to review and improve our environmental performance over time.
